Job description
Responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Call candidates who have applied for vacancies;
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates to the hiring manager;
- Close vacancies and help new hires adapt to the company;
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates, as well as group interviews both online and offline;
- Work in a super-convenient CRM system;
- Work with a cold candidate base and bring them to interviews.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Hindi and English;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Strong communication skills and client orientation;
- Quick learning ability.
- Have experience working as a recruiter;
- Know the basics of cold sales;
Salary & Bonuses
- Guaranteed base salary of $300;
- You will also have a KPI bonus ranging from $250 to $400, which depends solely on your performance and results!
- Therefore, in your first month, you will earn at least $550, and as your skills and results grow, your salary will have no limits!
Schedule
Work schedule: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 5 days a week, floating days off, Saturdays and Sundays are workdays.
